General – This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) addresses requirements applicable to Client’s use of Capella Systems’ products, solutions and services.
Appropriate Use – Users are not permitted to use Capella System's products or services to take any actions that foster, solicit or promote illegal, abusive or irresponsible behaviour including:
● Conduct likely to breach any laws, codes or regulations applicable to the parties (including conduct infringing or misappropriating intellectual property, trade secrets, confidential or proprietary information; or which is fraudulent, unfair, deceptive or defamatory);● Uploading and storing any offensive, obscene or indecent images, data or other material, or any data capable of being resolved into obscene or indecent images or material;● Uploading and storing unlawful material, or material that is defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, extremist or which has the potential to radicalise themselves or others;● Uploading and storing material which promotes discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual orientation;.
Security – You are responsible for ensuring that any confidential account information held by you remains confidential. You shall not disclose any account information to any third party, or use the same for any purpose connected with the improper use of our systems including accessing or attempting to access other parts of the services for which you do not have access rights. You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps necessary to prevent a third party obtaining access to your account. You must immediately advise us if you become aware of any violation or suspected violation of these security provisions.
Breach of Policy – If any customer’s use of these services constitute a breach of this Policy, Capella Systems may, at its option and discretion, either give the customer notice to stop the unacceptable use(s) or terminate that customer’s services (with or without notice as Capella Systems considers appropriate).
Changes to Policy – We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this acceptable use policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on our site.
